Cancellation and Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will result in the full session being charged. No-shows are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of these services, all payments are non-refundable once services or packages have begun. For unused prepaid packages, refunds are not available, but sessions may be rescheduled within the validity period of the package. Digital products are non-refundable once purchased.
